You own your domain and all your content — words, images, everything about your business. The domain sits in your registrar account from day one; we just have access to manage it. The design and code are Ressano’s while you subscribe, with a published buyout (12× monthly, any time after month 12) if you ever want to own those outright. Straighter answer than you’ll get almost anywhere in this industry, which is the point.
Every change to your site’s content, forever: text, photos, hours, prices, staff, services, new pages in your existing design. Emailed by 2pm, usually live same day; always within one business day. Not included: complete redesigns, whole new websites, or custom software — and if a request would ever cost extra, you’ll know before we touch anything.
